Returns Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any of our antler chews once they have been delivered.
Why We Don't Accept Returns
Our antler chews are natural, edible products intended for dogs. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned products that may have been exposed to pets or compromised in any way.
This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers and their pets.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
To report a damaged or defective product, please email us at orders@tailo.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
Choosing the Right Size
To ensure you select the appropriate antler chew for your dog, please refer to our sizing guide on each product page. Consider your dog's size, chewing habits, and preferences when making your selection.

Consumer Rights
This returns policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer protection legislation in New Zealand. If our products fail to meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy under the law.
